Personal Journey

My entire working life has been people-centered, with a particular focus on the hospitality sector where human connection is at the core of everything we do.

Then 2020 hit and like so many in the hospitality industry, my life took a dramatic shift; I began to grow in new directions. I turned my life on its head (in the best possible way), started creating serious goals for transforming hospitality leadership, and I haven't stopped since.

This journey through the challenges of recent years has given me a renewed perspective on what truly matters in hospitality leadership: resilience, adaptability, and creating environments where teams can thrive even during uncertainty.
